ಸದ್ಯ 1ರಿಂದ 5ನೇ ತರಗತಿವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, 6ರಿಂದ ಉಳಿದ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್‍ನಲ್ಲೇ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ.
ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಪೋಷಕರು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು, ಎಸ್‍ಡಿಎಂಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಂದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಶೇ.80ಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಪೋಷಕರು ಸದ್ಯದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲೇ ಬಾರದೆಂದು ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‍ನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರೂ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕರೆತರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ದೃಢ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅಪ್ಪಿತಪ್ಪಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಸೋಂಕು ತಗುಲಿದರೆ ಇಡೀ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಬ್ಬಲಿದೆ. 1ರಿಂದ 5 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸೋಂಕು ಆವರಿಸಿದರೆ ಬದುಕುಳಿಯುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿಗಳೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
ಇಂಥ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಯಾವ ಧೈರ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಪೋಷಕರು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 32 ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಶೇ.80ರಷ್ಟು ಪೋಷಕರು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‍ನಿಂದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇದೀಗ ಪೋಷಕರಿಂದಲೇ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡ ಏನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾಗದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ, ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನ, ಅನುದಾನ ರಹಿತ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹುತೇಕ ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ.
ಕೆಲವರ ಒತ್ತಾಯ:
ಆದರೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯತಿರಿಕ್ತ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಶೇ.20ರಷ್ಟು ಪೋಷಕರು ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನೌಕರರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುವುದು ತಾಯಂದಿರಿಗೆ ಕಷ್ಟಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‍ನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರೆಮರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅರ್ಧ ವರ್ಷದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದರೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಯಾರೂ ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ನಾವು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ವೇತನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂ. ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಜೂನ್ ತಿಂಗಳು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಕಡೆಪಕ್ಷ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಲಾಬಿ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಒಂದು ಹಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಸು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ವಾರಗಳಿಂದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ತನ್ನ ಕಬಂಧಬಾಹುವನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ.
