SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY
*RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS*
SWR has decided to operate the following special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers in view of Deepavali festival as detailed below:
*1. Train No. 06221/06222 Mysuru-Raxaul-Mysuru Special Express (1 trip):*
Train No. 06221 Mysuru to Raxaul Special Express will leave Mysuru on 15th November 2023 at 5 p.m. and reach Raxaul Junction on 17th November 2023 at 11:50 p.m. In the return direction, Train No. 06222 will depart from Raxaul Junction on 20th November 2023 at 8 a.m. and arrive in Mysuru on 22nd November 2023 at 09:40 p.m.
Enroute the train will have stoppages at Mandya, Kengeri, KSR Bengaluru, Bengaluru Cantt, Krishnarajapuram, Bangarapet, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Perambur, Gudur, Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, Ara, Patna, Bakhtiyarpur, Mokama, Barauni, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur and Sitamarhi stations in both directions.
The train will have a composition of 1-AC First Class Coach, 2-AC Two tier coaches, 7-AC Three tier coaches, 8-Sleeper Class Coaches, 2-General Second Class Coaches and 2 Second Class cum Luggage & Brake Van/Disabled coaches.
*2. Train No. 06227/06228 Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru-Barauni- Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru Special Express (1 trip):*
Train No. 06227 Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru to Barauni Special Express will leave SMVT Bengaluru on 15th November 2023 at 04:35 p.m. and reach Barauni on 17th November 2023 at 12:45 p.m. In the return direction, Train No. 06228 will depart from Barauni on 21st November 2023 at 1 p.m. and arrive in SMVT Bengaluru on 23rd November 2023 at 05:15 p.m.
Enroute the train will have stoppages at Krishnarajapuram, Whitefield, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Perambur, Gudur, Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Manikpur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, Ara, Patliputra and Hajipur stations in both directions.
The train will have a composition of 1-AC Two tier coach, 3-AC Three tier coaches, 8- Sleeper Class Coaches, 2-General Second Class Coaches, and 2-Second Class cum Luggage & Brake Van/Disabled coaches.
*3. Train No. 06225/06226 Yesvantpur-Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur Special Express (1 trip):*
Train No. 06225 Yesvantpur to Muzaffarpur Special Express will leave Yesvantpur on 16th November 2023 at 07:30 a.m. and reach Muzaffarpur on 18th November 2023 at 12 p.m. In the return direction, Train No. 06226 will depart from Muzaffarpur on 22nd November 2023 at 03:30 p.m. and arrive in Yesvantpur on 24th November 2023 at 7 p.m.
Enroute the train will have stoppages at Dharmavaram, Anantapur, Gooty, Dhone, Kurnool City, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar, Jadcharla, Shadnagar, Kacheguda, Jangaon, Kazipet, Ramagundam, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Pipariya, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, Ara, Patliputra and Hajipur stations in both directions.
The train will have a composition of 1-AC Two tier coach, 3-AC Three tier coaches, 12-Sleeper Class Coaches, 4-General Second Class Coaches and 2-Second Class cum Luggage & Brake Vans.
