ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ವಿಕೆ ಅಚೀವರ್ಸ್ ಅರ್ಡುಂಡ್ ಬೆಂಗಾಲುಬು ಕಲಿಕೆ ಕರ್ವ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಭರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಲ್ಪಕಲೆ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಧುಮುಕುವ ಮೊದಲು, ಅವರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಐಡಟ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಾರ್ ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅವನು ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಸಂಬಳಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ, ಈ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ತೊಂದರೆಗೀಡಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಹಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿದನು, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಭಾರೀ ನಷ್ಟಗಳ ಸಂಕಟವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು. ಅವರ ಭಾವೋದ್ರಿಕ್ತ ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ನಿಕಟ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲಕರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತು. ಸೃಜನಶೀಲ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಬಲವಾದ ಒಲವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಅವರು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಲೋಹದ ಶಿಲ್ಪಕಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆಳವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆನರಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ಕೆಪಿಜೆ ಪ್ರಭು ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 18 ತಿಂಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ಜೀವನದ ಒಂದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ತಿರುವು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಹಲ್ಲಿನ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತು. ಅವರು ಬಿಡಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಪಡೆದರು, ಅದು ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವಾಸವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿತು, ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಂದ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಅವನ ಬಳಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಪರಿಕರಗಳು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ಲೈವುಡ್ ಹಾಳೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಕೋಣೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕೋಣೆಯ ಬೇಕಾಬಿಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಎಸೆದರು. ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ತಂದುಕೊಡುವ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಭರವಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರು ಮತ್ತು ದೇವತೆಗಳ 1 ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಅವನು ದೃಶ್ಯೀಕರಿಸಿದನು. 2011 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲ ಗಣಪತಿ (ಗಣೇಶ) ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಹಾದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡರು.

Every job and profession has its own dignity of labor . Youth should not feel too frustrated if they initially fall in their career attempts . They should take upony opportunity that comes their way to tide over crisis and then strongly get back to their core area of competence to prove detractors wrong . They should not take hasty decisions especially when things are not going well for them , instead ihey should bank of any form of support mare or financial and look for ways to overcome challenges than succumbing to pressure of depression or losing confidence .
