I’m sharing my experience at SDM naturopathy centre ujire during this challenging times.
As a part of health and wellness I was able to gather about 15 people affected by diabetes and hypertension, I took the initiative by making an appointment with SDM ujire for 10 days naturopathic treatment, also I took the responsibility of transportation throughout our journey. The experience at SDM centre was priceless and more focused to have a healthy lifestyle, there were series of activities like yoga, mud bath, steam therapy and so on throughout the day and organic food habits to remove toxic in our digestive system and much more. The staff members are so kind and down to earth, good hearted people, they took care of us during our stay, I was thrilled to treat them, as a part of it I sponsored them with one day food donation, they were so happy for that, which cost me about Rs 15000, also on our last day we captured our memories by taking photos sharing contact and so on.

ಈ ಸವಾಅನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಉಜಿರೆಯ ಎಸ್.ಡಿ.ಎಂ. ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ . ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಷೇಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಮಧುಮೇಹ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ರಕ್ತದೊತ್ತಡದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸುಮಾರು 15 ಜನರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು , ನಾನು 10 ದಿನಗಳ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಎಸ್‌ಡಿಎಂ ಉಜಿರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಪಾಯಿಂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡೆ , ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡೆ . ಎಸ್‌ಡಿಎಂ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಅನುಭವವು ಅಮೋಘ , ಅತ್ಯಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು , ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಜೀವನಶೈಅಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಮನಹರಿಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು , ಯೋಗ , ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಸ್ನಾನ , ಸ್ಟೀಮ್ ಥೆರಪಿ ಹೀಗೆ ದಿನವಿಡೀ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀರ್ಣಾಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಷವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲು ಸಾವಯುವ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವು . ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಕರುಣಾಮಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಜನರು , ನಮ್ಮ ವಾಸ್ತವ್ಯದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಅನನ್ಯ ಅವರಿಂದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆದದ್ದು ನನಗೆ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ರೋಮಾಂಚನವಾಯಿತು . ಅದರ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಅನ್ನದಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ನನ್ನ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯವೇ ಸರಿ . ಅದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು . ಅದು ನನಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು ರೂ .15000 / – ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಯಿತು . ನಮ್ಮ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನದಂದು ನಾವು ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೀಗೆ ಎಸ್‌ಡಿಎಂ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ . ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು .
